Western Uni.FC to build home ground soon

Western Uni.FC are already making plans for their own home ground reveals Manager Sothea Lay. The University backed team are presently looking for available spaces to start construction of their home ground as Cambodia League teams get set to play home and away games.

"We have it in our plans, the Club chairman H.E Te Laurent has already given the go ahead for this project"says Sothea Lay.

"Our concern now is only about the location, we are looking for space in the city to build our home ground but not many spaces are available for now" he explained.

Meanwhile should the club not find space, Plans are also to renovate their present training ground at Boeung Keng Kang High School provided the Ministry of Education gives the go ahead.

"Alternatively, we are considering renovating our training ground here at Boeung Keng Kang High School, we will approach the ministry and hope they can approve it for us" He added.

Should the ministry approve WUFC's proposal to renovate the field, the ground will be re-grassed and a grand stand constructed for spectators view.
