Western Uni FC Fan Believes the team can reach Top 4

19 Year old Kim Kiriku is a die hard fan of Western Uni.FC

Its still early days in the Metfone Cambodia League and a look at the table sees new entrants Western Uni.FC are currently 7th with only 2 points separating them from the top 4 despite having a game in hand. At the start of the season, many pundits have tipped the University backed team for relegation battle but as the MCL approaches week 5, believe has crept into the hearts of their fans and many have started looking higher for a top 4 finish for the WUFC.

Kim Kiriku,  a 19 year old student of Information Technology who is a Die Hard fan of the club has tipped the club for a top 4 finish. "I think we can do well, the team is playing good football now and they have not lost any match so far, it is getting stronger" he told Westernunifc.blogspot.com

"There is a great improvement now in the team, they got new coaches and better foreign players, the Local players too have been playing well, so there is confidence and believe in the team'" says Kim Kiriku.

Kiriku says his support for the team is not just because he is a student of the university but because of the way they play. "Yes I am a student of Western, but I like the team style of play. They are resilient and not afraid to play against any team, I really want to see their performance against the top teams" the Year one Undergraduate student opined.

He call on all Western Fans to come out and support the team as they take on BBU this weekend at 6pm at the National Olympic Stadium.
